Tony Proctor specialises in patent matters relating to pharmaceutical inventions and works with a wide range of clients, from university spin-outs to multi-national companies, providing him with valuable insight into the needs of businesses at each stage of development. Tony also leads Potter Clarkson’s trade secrets practice.
