Cropcision develops precision nutrient solutions for forestry, agriculture, and greenhouse cultivation. With a foundation in research and a focus on resource-efficient, slow-release fertilization, the company is entering a new growth phase — with SILVIVO paving the way.
“We’re entering an exciting phase, moving from development to commercialization,” says Jonathan Love, CEO of Cropcision.
“This is a real boost for Cropcision. Jonas’s experience in both technology and business development, together with his ability to get the job done, makes him a key player in bringing SILVIVO to market and in building our sales organization going forward.”
Driving growth and building partnerships
In his new role, Jonas will be responsible for establishing SILVIVO in the Swedish market, developing relationships with forestry companies and distributors, and identifying new business opportunities across Cropcision’s future product lines.
“It’s inspiring to be part of a company that blends research, sustainability, and commercial impact,” says Jonas Gullberg.
“SILVIVO is a product with real potential — giving seedlings a strong, controlled start with better root development, higher survival rates, and improved resilience, even in challenging conditions. My mission is to communicate these benefits and help us grow alongside our customers.”
From analytical chemistry to commercial leadership
Jonas holds a degree in analytical chemistry and has led teams and projects in technically advanced industries, combining development, leadership, and commercial strategy. He also brings extensive experience in sales, driven by a passion for delivering value to customers — a skillset that will be key as Cropcision scales up.
“Jonas truly reflects what Cropcision stands for — knowledge, curiosity, people skills and a clear focus on creating value throughout the chain,” says Jonathan Love.
